the room i got, a "beautiful king non smoking guest room," clearly saw better days. the thermostat didn't work, so i seemed like i was in a freezer and the minibar was as empty as my patience. also, the staff seemed more interested in avoiding eye contact than helping a guest. the bathroom exhaust fan was also broken. that created some uncomfortable odors.

i found the room spacious and well-equipped it met my work needs. the service was really good the staff proved very friendly. the restaurant offered wonderful food i particularly enjoyed the breakfast. the location provides easy access to main attractions by tram.
the curtains could benefit from refreshment i also noticed a slight need for more thorough cleaning in that area.
